
About Kundalini Yoga...
Kundalini Yoga:
…..is known as the mother of all Yogas. There are 22 major forms which branch
off Kundalini Yoga. In modern day practices we see various forms and numerous
schools of thought, but they all link back to Kundalini Yoga in one form or
another.
…..is the only form taught in its untouched natural state, hence the effects of this
is, it is twice as fast then any other form of yoga. It is not modified or packaged
just to get consent from the masses or eye appeal.
…..this is the one and only form which works on all levels of the body, mind and
spirit* simultaneously, hence this is what makes it so fast and effective.
…..works in sequence of sets. These sets are in the form of formulas which part-
take in preventing us from going down a route which causes disease and
malfunctions within our systems and day-to-day lives.
For example in mathematical terms: 1 + 1 = 2
In Kundalini Yoga for instance:
Movement, rhythm, sound in posutre A + Movement, rhythm, sound in posture B
+ Movement, rhythm, sound in posture C = Energy Balance
for any number of tangible or intangible body, mind, spirit conditions imaginable:-
Stress and chronic Stress start to make a journey to a distressed state.
Anxiety starts to become calmer.
Addiction leads to a healthier, happier appetite.
If a person is already calm and well balanced, they then begin to become even
more calmer and focused.
(These are just a few examples)
The purpose behind these formulas is, if our physiological and psychological
systems start to become more neutral and stronger - we then have time to
concentrate on bigger and better things in life, hence not wasting time on the
small and mundane chores of our own making and doing.
…..is an ancient practice and method of the East, where for centuries it has been
used effectively and efficiently, but it is a very new concept to the Western
Hemisphere, where most people find these teachings unbelievable, but, non-the-
less they still work.
…..there are 8.4 million sets which gives any practioner plenty of room to explore
and learn about themselves.
